A Great Unit for the Price! As you can see from the picture, I did not purchase this for its original purpose. It makes a great display stand for my Poison Ivy Collection. I am not finished arranging/decorating it all, but I wanted to get this review in before all that happened. The unit came in perfect condition. It had all the parts and tools (Allen wrench and Phillips screwdriver). It even had some spare parts. All pieces and tool parts were clearly labeled and matched the images on the instructions. Those instructions were clear and laid out in a logical progression. Pay attention to how things are oriented and you should have no difficulties. I put it together by myself, but there are a few steps where an extra pair of hands would have been nice. I took my time and had it complete in around 60 minutes. The LED lighting is one of those standard strips. It went on with no difficulty. Just be sure to clean the part of the frame it adheres to first. The remote has many features but I will only be using a steady green for obvious reasons. The power receptacle is a nice touch. It has two outlets AND a USB receptacle for the light strip. The power cord is a good, heavy gage and should handle whatever you plug into the outlet. The very bottom shelf comes with an extra front leg to help keep things stable. There are feet that screw into all the bottom pieces to keep your floors looking good. There is also a kit to screw into a wall and attach small white retaining strips to make sure it does not tip over (accidents, kids, etc.) I won't need it, but it is a nice touch. The shelves and their leading edges are well finished. In the picture, the large statue weighs in at around 15 pounds and the shelf supports it with no problem. From my perspective, this was a solid use of $100. It is a sturdy, capable, and versatile shelf unit that should last me for years. ... show more

Fits perfectly in the corner of our apartment, and gives it such a nice little touch. Everything came labeled, and was easy to put together, did it by myself. The shelves are much smaller than I thought, but still fits quite a lot. My only issue is the cabinet won’t stay all the way shut the magnet just not strong enough. I love it as my son bought it for me as a Christmas gift. I thought it was a little more bigger, but where I live it’s perfect in the corner being that I have a small place. The wine glasses were to big so have to buy smaller ones to fit but other than that, I love it. It’s beautiful.
