They’re not super transparent (which is fine with me) but they are SO satisfying to use and to write on. I bought a set of sticky notes with a similar texture and it came with a fine liner meant to be used with them so that works great. I imagine not having the right writing utensil could be frustrating. I just love them….. so much lol

In fairness, maybe I didn't read the description as well as I should have. Or maybe there are reviews I missed. Oh my gosh. It's like someone took colored plastic bags and cut them into squares, made black lines across them, and made them sticky. It's awful, and the ink comes off onto your hand or whatever else it may come on contact with. I'm not sure if it ever truly dries - and if it does, how long it takes. Honestly, I bought them thinking they were paper - and because I like the color combination (so tired of primary or pastel colors). And why not do 100 sheets/pad instead of 30?? I hate these. And if you're looking for regular stick notes, these ain't it. Hard pass in the future. Buyer beware. Or at least be aware. Wish I'd paid closer attention.

These are nifty and cute, and very practical. The colors are as the picture used as reference, it's just depending on the light you will see them a little different, but they are the same colors. I like that they come in little packages, that way if a lose one pad, I still have the others. Plus I can distribute them as I need them. I'll repurchase this product again definitely!

I ended up returning this product. Upon receiving my box, it appeared it had already been opened once and returned. I still decided to give it a chance. I started to write on one of the sheets. I was under the impression that it was transparent but I could not make out the writing under the note at all. Also the texture made even my dryest of pens smear. I decided to just stick with regular post it notes for the cost and convenience.
