I like the necklace. I do believe it's real obsidian, which is important to me. The charm is heavier and a bit larger than I expected. I thought I'd need an extender to wear with a turtleneck, but it hangs at a nice length as it is. My only complaint is the necklace does not look exactly like the advertisement photo. Which I think would be a big deal to some people, so I'm including pictures. #1. The snakes tail does not extend as close to the head as the advertisement. At first glance, from a slight distance, you can't exactly tell it's a snake wrapped around the obsidian. Also in case you are wondering, the snake does not wrap all the way around the obsidian. It's just made to appear that way. #2. The snakes scales are not pronounced at all like the advertisement photo. In reality, there are slight etchings representing scales, and they are only apparent based on how the light catches the etchings. All in all it is still a nice, unique pendant. But because of the misrepresentations I need to give this review 3 stars. ... show more
