i am obsessed! these are so comfy and supportive, the best quality inserts i've had! they ship rolled flat but pouf out really quickly and have a super soft sateen cover. i haven't washed them yet but they appear to be well made and remind me of really good quality bed pillows so i'm sure laundering won't be an issue. they fill my pillow covers nicely and make for napping on the couch a treat! ... show more

I got these for the accent chairs in my craft room. They came shrink wrapped in plastic and then tightly rolled and packed in a zippered fabric tube. It was nearly impossible to remove them from the tube. It took me and my husband tugging from opposite ends to get these free from the tube. Had I known they were in perfect condition I would have just cut them out of the pouch. Once they were cut out of the plastic, they fluffed up pretty quickly and have a nice shape and are adequately filled. They are comfy, did not have any odor, and will work nicely to lean on while sitting in the chairs. They are also a decent price ($17.99) for the two pillows. ... show more
