Noticeably thick and smooth paper. Lines printed on both sides. Stands up better than I expected to fountain pen ink. The top binding is glued, but the margin is not stapled like you would find with most similar pads. Only 30 sheets per pad, but you get a lot of pads. This has allowed me to freely place them all over the house so I don't have to search.

Working from home means I go through notepads like crazy ... meeting notes, to-do lists, phone numbers, random "don't forget to move the laundry" reminders. This 16-pack has been a legit lifesaver. The 5"x8" size is perfect: big enough to actually write on, small enough to sit next to my keyboard without taking over my desk. I've got one by my monitor, one in the kitchen for grocery lists, one in my bag for when I actually leave the house. Narrow ruled means I fit plenty on each page, and the perforation is clean ... pages tear out without shredding the whole pad. At this price for 16 of them, it's a really nice deal. They're solid quality too. No cheap flimsy paper, the sheets hold up to my scribbling and even the occasional coffee ring. For a remote worker who burns through pads, this is basically a six-month supply for the price of what I used to pay for two at the office supply store. Would definitely buy again. Maybe two packs so I never have to think about it.

I'm a huge fan Junior legal pads and always have at least four floating around the house for work to do's, home to do's, grocery lists, etc. I have to admit I always feel guilty when I use the expensive ones. That's why this set of notepads from set YesBes is perfect. As of the time of my order, it was $14.99 for 16 30-page pads. That's a bargain! PROS: --The paper is thick enough that ink doesn't bleed through. --Also, I like that the pages are held in without the use of staples--because if there are staples in the black section at the top, a note pad invariably starts to accumulate a messy stack of ripped margins. With this notepad set, the page rip off cleanly. --The size is perfect for quickly jotted lists, too.
