Thought I would try these bearings in my quad rollerskates and wasn't disappointed at all . They are really good bearings . Made it where I could go alot faster . They was easy to install . Seem to spin quietly also . I love the way they are packaged also . They come in a little metal tin box . I like the way they are packaged better than bones bearings. They come in a tin, just as pictured, with a foam rubber insert sized perfectly for the bearings. The graphics on the shields are very nice. They are single shielded - just run the shields on the outsides, and you're fine. I picked them up in white ABEC-"11" to "match" Luminous white glow wheels. They are plenty fast, and outperform the Wicked ABEC-9s I also use in the same skates in a different set of wheels. They are nice, high-quality bearings. I'm a 35+ year skater with lots of experience - they aren't up to par with true Swiss or higher-rated ILQ bearings, but they're still a great value for the price. Until you get to the point where you genuinely need primo bearings, these are about as good as it gets at the price point offered. I didn't experience any of the QA issues others have mentioned. Ignoring the nonsense "ABEC-11" rating, they are good quality ABEC-9s that perform comparably to others in that class, and outperformed my stock ABEC-9 bearings from a well-known brand. I put these on my Suregrip Boardwalk skates (swapping from the stock suregrip bearings) and holy moly, what a difference. I don’t have to work nearly as hard to roll and the wheels actually spin for longer than 2 seconds without stopping. I am able to go a lot faster with these bearings and will be buying these exclusively from now on. They are more affordable and more easily accessible than the highly recommended Reds Bones Bearings. I haven’t tried those so I cannot compare but I really enjoy these stingers. I bought the ABEC 9, and I can’t imagine going much faster but I’m sure the 11s are even better - I may try those if I ever feel like spending a few extra bucks. ... show more
