I have rollerbladed and or skateboarded since 1985. When rich kids would spend $50 on the best bearings in the 1980s, you know like 120 of today’s dollars, I figured they got this kind of quality. To get 16 bearings for 25 bucks today… Holy cow. In my rollerblades, I have burned through an entire set of wheels, put them in the second set and they still roll better than most other bearings when brand new. I’m not sure if these are truly ABEC-11 as described. I think ABEC-9 is the real highest rating on the ABEC scale. I got these for my derby skates, and I like them a lot! It’s the first time I had to buy bearings, so I haven’t really had a chance to do any other comparisons. However, these bearings are sooo smooth! And they don’t make any noise at all! Compared to my old, ABEC-5’s which came with my skates, these are quite an upgrade! The only thing is, they don’t really spin faster than my old bearings. But, they are definitely give me a smoother ride! ... show more

They fit well in my hydrogen spectre wheels and initial thoughts they roll pretty well! Was skeptical at first but it seems well built and lubed as well like rollerbones brand! I don't see a difference in terms of performance and they offer more colors so will keep purchasing these 😁

They come in a tin, just as pictured, with a foam rubber insert sized perfectly for the bearings. The graphics on the shields are very nice. They are single shielded - just run the shields on the outsides, and you're fine. I picked them up in white ABEC-"11" to "match" Luminous white glow wheels. They are plenty fast, and outperform the Wicked ABEC-9s I also use in the same skates in a different set of wheels. They are nice, high-quality bearings. I'm a 35+ year skater with lots of experience - they aren't up to par with true Swiss or higher-rated ILQ bearings, but they're still a great value for the price. Until you get to the point where you genuinely need primo bearings, these are about as good as it gets at the price point offered. I didn't experience any of the QA issues others have mentioned. Ignoring the nonsense "ABEC-11" rating, they are good quality ABEC-9s that perform comparably to others in that class, and outperformed my stock ABEC-9 bearings from a well-known brand.
