These shoes a super cute and comfy. As advertised, these shoes are great for walking and gym workouts. I tried taking them for a run, but they did not feel as good as my normal running shoes. However, these shoes make for EXCELLENT weight training shoes. The wide flair sole makes these shoes very stable for squats, lunges, and other exercises. Once you adjust the laces, the shoes are easy to pull on and off. No need to every tie the laces again. The shoe runs a little bit large. However, if you add an insole, it makes for a perfect fit.
