I really love this set even though it was missing three of the six hangers advertised. The canvases were indeed rolled up which prevented any kind of damage to the image and everything was mapped out perfectly. The brushes were basic but easy to use even though they were essentially four duplicate sets of three paintbrushes. It says a lot when I can still say that I would recommend this to others for its quality and value even when there were so many minor issues.

I got this for my daughter, and the paints she received were a little dried up and goopy. Fortunately they could be loosened up with a little bit of water without too much trouble. The canvas material feels nice. My biggest concern was how dark the pre-colored sections were on the canvas, but the paints are thick enough that they cover up the numbers and printed color. Otherwise, I felt like having the colors printed on the canvas kind of felt like cheating opposed to only having the numbers printed. Ultimately, she liked the kit.

I ordered these for a paint-and-sip night at home instead of going out somewhere we have to get dressed up and drive to. The prints are so cute and well labeled. I would lay the prints flat under some books a few days before you are ready to paint them so they are easier to paint. The kit comes with paints and brushes as well as hardware to easily hang up after they dry. I am not sure if the paint is going to be enough for the entire paintings, but luckily we have lots of paint in our house. Looking forward to completing them and hanging them up in our home!

There are is a lot of good to say about this painting set, but the few issues I did find could create significant frustration when you just want to sit down and paint. The set comes in a cute box that makes it impossible for them to send the set without causing the included canvases and papers from refusing to lay flat - despite their advertisement explicitly saying that the contents were rolled to ensure it would lay flat. Thankfully, these waves are not creases and will calm on their own over time, but a gentle iron may help you achieve flatness sooner. The canvases were thicker than I expected and hold the paint nicely. The markings are easy to see and I could read all of the numbers without my glasses. The paints themselves are creamy and spread easily, but as you can see in one of my pictures, there are two different paint sets, one for each picture, and the numbers do not match up and nothing dictating which paint set goes to which. It's not hard to figure out, but this is an oversight that could lead to frustration for no reason. The brushes themselves are on the better side of cheap and while they spread paint, the finer two tend to bend with the weight of even small amounts of paint, making it difficult to direct the bristles where you want. So, if you find yourself struggling to get the paint where you want it, it's the brushes not you. Fortunately, you can get a pretty decent set for fairly cheap (and you won't need four separate sets to make it through two paintings). All-in-all, given the price-point, I was pretty happy with this set and having to supply a few brushes doesn't bother me. This will be a fun way to wind down after work during the coming winter months.

This painting kit comes with everything you need to complete the paintings. It was not easy to stretch this over a frame as there was not enough material provided on the sides to do so properly. There were numerous paints that were tacky, thick and on the verge of drying out. Because the paints were so thick there were 2 yellows I almost ran out of. The upside to the thick paint, is that you cannot see the numbers and lines through the light colors, so that does have a silver lining. The finished product does look like the ad, which is also nice and not always a given. Sadly, these patterns have one of my biggest pet peeves. Huge amounts of white canvas they want me to paint white or off white. That's just lazy design in my opinion and mind numbing for the painter to have to go through. This took me about 5 hours to complete. Had I bothered painting the white background white, it probably would have taken about 7 hours to fully complete.
