The media could not be loaded. We’ve had this for going on a month now, and our two boys absolutely love it. They normally play in it for 4+ hours at a time. We bought it for our 3 year olds birthday, and set it up for his party. There were 7 kids on it at one point, ranging from age 7 to 2. It was big enough for all of them to enjoy. The max weight limit is 400lbs! I’m able to lay in the bounce house and chill while they run and play! The shaded area is great for them to be able to cool off when it’s really hot outside. Inflation takes less than a minute. Setup and take down is simple. Only downfall is it’s not able to stay inflated without the air pump on, so once you turn it off all the water will go out. ... show more

This thing has been the best investment - if you're considering it at all, just do yourself a favor & buy it! We bought this last summer when our kids were 5 & 2. They played in it at least 3 days a week for months, plus it was assaulted by a hoard of 6 yr olds for my son's birthday party. We already felt like it was worthwhile for one summer but weren't sure how well it would survive storage during the "off season" - well it came back like a champ & performs like new for a second summer in a row! A perfect way to beat the Texas heat! We made one slight adjustment: my husband cut the clear water tube & inserted a valve so that we could adjust & balance the flow between the sprinkler at the top of the slide & the one on the "water cannon". Easy fix. I will say, it looks a little worse for wear this year, but that is entirely on us - we set it up under the partial shade of a couple of big trees and left it in place all summer, only deflating/draining it at the end of each day, but we did not cover or protect it. Consequently it got pretty stained by leaves & pollen and the colors faded somewhat. I tried to scrub it with various cleansers prior to putting it in storage, but nothing seemed to be able to get the stains out. Oh well, it does not affect the function or the fun, so I can live with a little discoloration. Still worth every penny! ... show more

Buy it! I was very skeptical about purchasing this because it had no reviews but it was the coolest one I’ve seen that wasn’t ginormous! I ended up getting it because the shop itself had great reviews on all their other items. I love the fact that it has a little market area and my kids can grow into it as they get a bit older too! My one year old has a blast with this. I purchased a tarp separately because the grass has goat heads and I didn’t want it to pop. It’s a great size, super easy to get set up, and a lot of fun. It came with everything needed. Stakes, the blower, extra patches, the water hose that runs along the bouncer to spray the water, the little basketball, it’s awesome! I haven’t done take down yet but my husband turned off the blower a few times and it came down pretty quick. So excited to have this for years on end! The only thing I can say is that there are bubbles that come out of some spots but that’s just because of the stitching, nothing that’s concerning. Get it! ... show more

Okay this is my second jump house I have purchased from Amazon. This one is huge and amazing. I love all this item has to offer. Cute little stand, bounce area, slide and water gun! My husband set it up yesterday morning for my daughter's second birthday. He recruited my brother-in-law thinking it would be a difficult set up, but was pleased to find out how easy it was to do. My two- and four-year-old daughters along with their three-year-old cousin immediately began playing on it and did not stop playing for hours. It deflated quickly when the air blower was turned off. When they woke up this morning, it was the first thing they asked about. So we re-inflated it this morning and they had several more hours of fun with it this afternoon. It seems to be good quality and very safe (no one was hurt or injured). It held up to three toddlers (and one adult one time, even though they state an age range of 1-10) playing at the same time. I love that it has the pool, slide, bouncy house, tunnel, and mini counter/tent area. We have yet to take it down, so not sure how easy it will be, although I'm sure my kids will protest. I ordered this item in April for my daughter’s 3rd birthday in August. We used it one time for her birthday party on August 17th and a few hours into it we had a huge blow out. Now this is supposed to hold up to 400lbs so I doubt it should pop like this with a 35 pound 3 year old on it. Amazon won’t do anything because it’s outside of the return window and I’ve contacted the seller 4 times and have not gotten one single response. To say the customer service is bad is an understatement. This is not a cheap purchase and I’d love for the company to atleast try to rectify this issue or atleast respond to me. I will not be buying from them again and wouldn’t not recommend ... show more
