This ring has a great weight (very light) and is made of strong stainless steel. The black coating/paint looks great and the middle strips and raised 2 strips are a great look. Pros: light and feels sturdy and won't be easily reshaped. Has some rounded corners so it is quote comfortable to wear. Cons: I had forgotten I was wearing it (again super light) and went to the gym with it and wore it while exercising (not something I normally do but wanted to test it) and it was quite painful. The edges when not under weight dont dig in or cause discomfort but when you add weight, the edges are very sharp. Also, the coating/paint did hold up a bit to the knurled weights but I could see the color fading over time. Overall, I think this is great as a temporary replacement ring to wear while traveling or if you just want to mix it up from it usual more expensive ring. It gets a 4/5 from me ... show more
