I am very good at going by measurements on the product details, not just the number size in us or uk. I had to return 2 skates until I found my right size. I had to go a 1 size and 1/2 up. BUT I am also c Plus size so the width could've been the problem but I also seen other reviewssayingto go 1 1/2 size up that I didn't listen to. My first order they also sent me the wrong color skates and wheels. I ordered black skate w black wheels, what I received was teal skates and led wheels. I'm not picky so I would've kept them of they actually fit.. Fortunately NOW I have the size that fits me and I love the skates but the measurements on the description can be wrong. I just started skating again. These are perfect for that reason. They come with black laces. I put the purple laces on. It comes with tools to tighten the skates and a nice bag.

I ordered a size 40(U.S. 9) and received a size 45, overall the look great and seem sturdy but no way to actually test them without possibility getting hurt since they move around on me feet.

I love these skates. The boot is stiff but that's because of real leather. The boots will soften the more I skate so I'm not worried about that. I loosened the wheels a little and they roll around the rink easily. Also changed out the stopper for plugs. Breaking these skates in will not be hard at all. ... show more

Not that bad but the wheels are too rubbery so they don't glide well at first and the upper part doesn't hold its shape well but if you break them in they'll be fine
