They are so comfortable! I opted for a 9 because they only have full sizes. If my foot wasn't so wide, I would've gotten an 8 (I wear between 8-9 normally). They are very sturdy. I bought them for fishing and they were so easy to slip on and off and my feet did not get cold or hot. They are as advertised. I have been trying to get a pair of XtraTuf boots like this for a while. I didnt want just a pair of plan black or navy boots. My husband has two pairs of xtratuf's and he loves them and I am so happy that I waited for a nice colorful pair like these. I would say if you are an in between size but in some shoes you can wear the side down like normally i wear a 6.5 but depending on the maker I can wear a 6 then i suggest your size down ... show more

I’m rocking these coral colored shorty Salmon Sister xratuffs with a matching coral raincoat from cabela’s....definitely stand out in a crowd wsoecially on a gray, rainy SE AK day! And who wouldn’t want bright color clothes when it’s gloomy outside! And who said you have to wear gray, black or green commercial rain gear when you’re out hand trolling for salmon! Originally, I had rated these as two stars because I wore them for the first time and saw that the right boot was very discolored. The entire top of the right boot was yellowed. I called Shoebacca directly and they were awesome about replacing them. I got a free shipping label and was assured a full refund upon return. I ordered a duplicate pair and received them in 3 days! Oh how I love these...! Easy to get on and off. Ample room in the toe box. Comfortable to walk in. I live in a State where it rains 75% of the year and its so easy to slip these on when going anywhere. There cute too, Looks good with jeans, sweatpants, and have even wore them out with my pajamas. My feet stay warm and dry. I feel they are durable and will take years to widdle down. My only issue is that I wore them to the beach in the water where they got soaked. The boots took three days to dry which I was really surprised by as they were made to use on boats. So.... while they keep your feet warm and dry in the rain, don't submerge them in the water. As Alaskans, we have several pairs of these. However these specific ones were for my mother! Waterproof, durable, easy to slip on and off. If they’re dirty, hose them off. I wear them all the time, they’re very comfortable.

Size 8, (I normally wear an 8, these are a little big, but I wanted to be able to wear a thick sock, so they are perfect) My son got a pair of these in mens about 6 months and loved them. He wears his a lot for work, walks many miles each day he works and the boots hold up and still look new. I like that my narrow pant leg stays over the top of boot and does not ride up. The boots are just as comfy with pant leg in. The straps on front and back do not rub. The only thing I might do is buy a gel sole insert. The boots are a little dirty in photos due to working in them all day. Everything easily wipes right off. ... show more

I wore them in about a foot of snow in the alley, with a lot of meltwater puddles, and wow they were great. Easy to get on and off, very comfortable, enough room in the front without being too roomy. It was great fun sploshing through puddles. Wading through snow more than ankle height resulted in some snow getting into the boot. However, these are not heavy-duty snow boots; they are perfect for some snow & definitely mud. They are not insulated. The soles did not trap any mud or pebbles.
