I’ve only used it once, so far. It worked great for grinding up chicken breast to feed my 81 year old mother with late stage Alzheimer's. Looking forward to using it on a regular basis. Not noisy. Easy to clean also. Bottom line: easy peasy lemon squeezey! And my mom is happy to have easy-to-chew, real food versus jarred baby food.

I was using a steamer on the stove and a little personal blender before this. Wow. What a difference. Wish I had this the whole time. Made banana and avocado puree this morning and it was done in 20 seconds. Super easy to clean. You can’t fit a whole lot in the glass part, about half a sweet potato, but it steams it and then purées it on its own.

I’m using my combo baby food maker for 40 days now. I really like the ease of use & glass bowl. However, after just using a week or so I started noticing few small black dots on the steamer surface . Those dots got more & more. Now at 40 days they cover almost half of the steamer surface. Picture is attached. I’m getting worried & not sure if cooking food for my 7 months old is safe with this machine anymore. Compare to the price this is not acceptable to me. I chose this machine cause I find it healthier for the glass container but now with these tarnishes I don’t think using this is healthy. I’m going to return the product. I’m so upset about this. Cause I was very excited & happy with my purchase. But that last only a week.

If you haven't seen all the adds and recalls lately of baby food contains contaminants or even metal pieces then you want to make sure you watch ALL the baby food you buy. Instead of taking our chances I've decided to buy this and use it to make our own safe baby food with fruits and veggies and water and sometimes juice for enhanced flavoring but I know that there won't be anything and or harmful in here for my little one and it allows them to eat anything I eat (though it's recommended to try one food at a time and wait a fee days between introducing a new food to be able to keep an eye for food allergies
