    • Cheap but it works
The light is easy to install. Quickly replaced my burnt out OEM one for 1/5 the price. It is definitely a cheaper product with thinner material and it lacks the retention features that held the wire in place on the OEM part. But for the price it works and keeps your jeep on the road.

Love the look of LED lights, and I installed this along with a new set of LED tail lights on my 07. Installation was as simple as I expected, with the most "annoying" part being taking the spare tire off. Once that was done, it's a simple plug and play replacement of the factory 3rd brake light. I really like the simple style, and how it's all black until you press the brake. The LEDs are a nice, even brightness and color. No complaints, highly recommended! ... show more

Made just as good as OEM, excellent fit & finish. I did have to remove the spare tire. Included wire should be a few inches longer, any slight flaws are hidden by the spare tire. Wire color (polarity) seem to work both ways, just mate with similar gauge speaker wire to extend a few inches. I have no concerns about water or debris getting into unwanted places. Been installed for about 30 days, survive sub-freezing temps and snow. Because it's a "smoke" lens it's not as bright as the OEM lens, but as you see in the pic its good enough for the FED's.
