At first, this product was wonderful. Our child loved riding it on all terrains. However, after only a handful of times being ridden and fully charged back up, it stopped working. It only turns on when plugged into the wall. Sadly, I see now others have reviewed having the SAME issues! I didn't see before purchasing. Too much money to spend for something that was only used a handful of times. Very sad, because our child was VERY excited about this gift for his birthday!!! ... show more

This thing is fantastic! My 5 year old son quickly got the hang of it and absolutely adores his hover board! He even rides it often off road! It does great and has fantastic battery life. Thank you for hours and hours of entertainment for my busy 5 year old!

    • Hoverboard sucks
I received my hoverboard today and tried to turn it on and it wouldn’t turn on. Only way it would turn on is to plug into the wall. Spent too much money for something like this to happen. Have to spend more money to get it shipped back. I wouldn’t buy it again

    • Defective and made us pay ship back cost
Stay away. My son used this once and then wouldn’t charge. The one use he did get lasted 20 minutes. The seller approve the refund due to the product being defective however made us pay to ship it back. I should of listened to the reviews! BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

My son has used this maybe five times. We pull it out and it no longer turns on unless plugged in. Disappointed with the cost and longevity ratio.

    • Had to return TWICE
The first time the lights and one side stopped working after a few hours then I waited 2 weeks until I got a new one and the wheels are 2 completely different sizes. I now give up.
