I bought these to wear during my EMS shifts and so far they’ve been the most comfortable boots I’ve bought for work in a long time. If I liked wearing thick socks I’d probably go up a half-size but I don’t and these fit as they should. They’re lightweight and the soles are plenty grippy which is important climbing multiple flights of stairs, in the rain, carrying way too much equipment. I’ve paid more in the past for boots that were not nearly as comfortable. I hope they hold up and if they’re still in good shape in 6 months I’ll probably buy a back-up pair.

I have these in both the low cut and the boots. Both are comfortable and very durable. The boot is strangely lighter than the shoe. Not sure how that happened but whatever. I love them and get lots of compliments on them at work. They're also shockingly waterproof. The very first night I wore the boots to work I accidentally stepped in a gross grassy mud puddle that went up to my ankle. I immediately thought I'd ruined them but the mud and water literally beaded right off and not a drop got in. Once the grass was dry I just stomped it off. Meanwhile one of my squad mates was later barefoot with a hose rinsing off his socks, shoes and feet off 🤣🤣 I thought they were going to be snug per the other reviews but it depends on what kind of socks you're wearing. Thick plush socks, size up a half size. Regular (even if they're slightly thicker) socks will fit fine in true to size boot. They keep my feet warm and comfortable in the winter but don't make my feet sweat in the Florida summer. Absolutely best work investment I've made in a long time. Which is why I went back for the low cut ones!

The media could not be loaded. Very comfortable. I have worn these on two trails now for around 8 miles over rocks, branches and through creeks. They have a good bounce to your step. The traction they provide is very good and they do keep my feet dry when walking through water to an extent. I did end up with wet feet when I stood in running water that was up to my ankle(but that was to be expected). Even with my feet wet the shoes didn't fill up with water and the hike out didn't cause any irritation. I wear a size 8 and that's what I got in these and the size was perfect.

The media could not be loaded. Not waterproof at all! Took these for a spin over the weekend and all was well until we came upon a bit of water. Just enough to reach the toes, so I wasn't worried. Until we got to dry land and I could feel my soggy socks. Other than that they were comfortable and really great on the wet surfaces we climbed. Really wish they were actually waterproof 😣

Buy them, you won’t regret it! These are great boots. I personally use them in EMS. They are great for winter. Excellent tread. Keeps your feet warm and dry. They aren’t as clunky as they appear. Easy to walk, squat and hike in.
