I really like these hiking boots. Great traction (important to me as other boots have been slippery on wet rocks and inclines on hikes). Great ankle support. Supposedly water resistant though I haven't stepped in any ponds or creeks yet. I have a very short wide foot. This boot has good room in the toe box even with socks. But - the sizing is crazy. I appreciated Amazon posting a warning to size up. My foot is actually a 5, but I wear women shoe size 6 1/2 if wearing socks. So I ordered a size 7. It was still way too small. I took a chance and just ordered an 8 - which fits great! Pretty insane. I recommend ordering 1 1/2 - 2 sizes larger than usual size. No problem at all returning original set and I thank both Amazon and the vendor for making that easy. I wish all Amazon vendors did the same. Wore my boots for a 3-mile hike right out of the box. Total comfort. No break in required at least for me.

After owning these boots for over a year I can 100% say these are the only work boots I would buy. I work for FedEx, I’ve worked in all conditions and get about 30 thousand steps a day. I have an ankle that loves to roll on me and these are designed with the tpu I have not rolled my ankle not once since I’ve bought these. I’m writing this review with over a years wear on them and they have lasted me this long. In this industry I am lucky to get 4 months out of a pair of shoes. I highly recommend these for work or hiking which I’ve done both in.

Fit like a glove but you should get a half to one size up. They snuggle you feet very nicely. I have trouble with my ankles but these boots made me feel more stable. They are indeed waterproof. They seem a bit heavy when you pick them up, but once you have them on you don't really notice that they are a bit heavier than your tennis shoes. Read the instructions and do what it says to do to keep the waterproofing in good shape. Good boots.

Bought these to trial my dog as we were expecting rain and mud. They were the most comfortable boots I tried around this price point. They are quite lacking in arch support and are more insulated than I was hoping for, but they didn't leak and didn't rub.

I bought these two years ago and I love them so much, I’m buying another pair! Light weight, water resistant (but not completely), good traction for rocky hiking, very warm, great to have a little steel in the toe if you are always stubbing your toe! My ankles roll and having the slight up over the ankle helps to stabilize me. definitely buy at least a half size up, although my next pair will be a size and a half so I have more room when going down hill. The insoles are horrible but you can take them and put in better. These are a must if you hike! But are also great for strenuous gardening.

There is nothing I dislike about these boots! They were comfortable and I didn't need to break them in. They are also very stylish. I went camping, walked up hills, over rocks and dirty trails and the boots never hurt my feet. I highly recommend these hiking boots!!

I purchased these boots for work and I am so happy that I did! They are comfortable and stylish. After reading the reviews, I sized up half a size because I didn’t want them to be small especially since I really needed them. I’m so glad that I did. The size was perfect. I suggest that you also size up as well. I have no regrets about this boot purchase and highly recommend them.
