They wash on delicate and tumble dry on low without measurable shrinkage. I’m 5’5” 138# and the medium should have fit. The top was fine but the bottoms practically fell off—huge hips, thighs and length that stretched out as the morning progressed. Product quality was good, and would have been cute for travel, with fabrics that would wash & dry quickly.
