Perfect size, fit and quality top. It has been washed many times and looks great. The key is to dry it for about 15 minutes then hang to finish drying. I love the neckline and customized design on the sleeve. This top is easy to dress up or down. It is more business casual as to formal.

This is a fun shirt to add to your wardrobe. The sleeves are a nice design touch. The fabric is a light weight and washes well. Unfortunately the fabric quality has random strands and loose threads in the heathered weave in the color. Also, this particular shirt has a 'burned' imprint from a press or iron which is permanent.
