Just what I needed. I put this together my myself. Yes, I’m one of those handy gals. It took me about 4hrs including breaks. It came with the mattress, a bonus for me. It’s a VERY stiff mattress but I’m sure a soft topper can fix that. Also it’s very low to the ground. I thought for the price not a bad gig. Folding is not hard once you’ve practice and get the hang of it. It’s not bulky and fits right in my office for guest overflow. I like the additional drawers up top. All in all not a bad buy.

It is a great Murphy bed for the price. Is it comfy? Not really. But what do you expect for a $350 Murphy bed. It is stylish and saves a ton of space and was super easy to assemble, though we were missing a couple screws to attach the mattress at the end. If you are looking for a space saving, cute, cheap alternative to a pull out sofa or a roll out cot- this is your gem. If you are looking for luxury and comfort- maybe spend a bit more on a bigger Murphy bed with a real mattress.
