The Bimini lasted one weekend I installed everything as instructions told me to. I hit 45 mph. One of the rods broke and the fabric ripped off of the Bimini.

So it took awhile to get here. Once I opened the box I realized they wrapped each piece in plastic and then riveted the plastic connectors over the plastic. That was not fun getting the plastic off. Quality control was taking a nap during manufacturing as I had to drill a few holes myself. When I installed the front pole on each side I realized I had it on backwards. No big deal just unscrew it and turn it around. Not. Once you screw the bolt and nut together, its impossible to unscrew as the nut spins inside the plastic retainer. The directions say to put each half together and slide the sides together through the top. Thats the dumbest idea ever. Put all your poles that go through the top together and slide them through the top then snap it to the uprights otherwise you will literally be try to line up holes in the dark because the pieces will be hidden on the top. Overall once assembled its a pretty good bimini. Also it doesn't say which is the front and which is the back of the top. If you put the top on wrong you will have a loose fitting rear section once installed. Guess how I know that. ... show more

    • Poles and all plastic parts cheap
The metal poles are so flimsy you can’t hold on to them even as a child because you will break them and all the connections are plastic and the few screw they give you are so small you can’t get the nut to even fit enough to secure the Bimini and the poles where you put it up and down contain plastic screws that pop off with a 5 mph wind. Fit fine but very cheap and not made to last ... show more
