I say first drone because I will definitely be getting more drones in the future after having this as my first experience in all fairness I've flown it for less than 30 minutes everything was easy to understand but it always pulls to the right it won't just hover in one spot, is it suppose to do that? It's super durable I've accidentally ran into a handful of stuff inside the living room and it still works the same, the roll in the air feature is really impressive and I find it easier to control on the highest speed setting its super responsive. I tested the camera on it and it seemed to work fine though I probably won't fly it like that until I get normal flight down, flying it through a phone screen felt like an added challenge that I'm just not ready for yet lol love it would love to hear more back on whether it'd suppose yo pull to the right so hard I just wish it would sit in one spot without holding the stick to keep it there ... show more

I've been thinking lately about teaching my child how to use a drone. We have a somewhat expensive one at home, and I'm concerned it might get lost while flying. So, I found a cost-effective option that seems promising. It comes with a separate controller and can also be controlled via a smartphone. Additionally, it has an emergency return feature, but please remember to align the controller with the drone during emergency returns.     • Flew off zero response to controller
My husband loved this starter drone. He was enjoying it a lot and was exploring all the controls and setting up with his phone. All was well except the batter power kept running low and he had to recharge. The problem started when the drone started a climb but would not respond to controller. I heard him freaking out that it will not respond but it kept on climbing higher and higher into the sky. There was a slight breeze but nothing to send it off. We knew we were in trouble when it went over trees and we lost sight of it. First flight, and lost it. My husband was really broken up about that. He always wanted a drone and this was a good start. This is just a warning that loss of communication to the controller is possible and you could lose the item before having time to really enjoy it. Camera is okay. Light weight. But SUCKS that it stopped responding. It did leave us a view of the last camera shot. A skyline. Too bad the asurion only covers damage and not loss. Be careful out there. Never again with this brand or anything on that level. Thankfully we did not spend too much but still a loss. ... show more

I didn’t set my bar extremely high for this product considering the price point. Surprisingly it functions well. The drone comes in a fabric organizer which is convenient.
