10/10 recommend. These have saved my floors! My home is over 85 years old and has original hardwood floors that scratch easily. These moving pads make it so that my furniture can move across the floor without any fear of creating grooves or marks in my hardwoods. Very sticky. I am not using them for their intended purpose, but to jerry rig something so I won't go into detail, but they would work well on the floor. They are a good size and can be cut shorter.

I have heavy chairs at the kitchen dinette. They need to move often. These allow them to move easily without the loud scratching noise. However, I seem to need to replace them often and that is not my favorite task. They are necessary and do not detract from the look of the chair leg, but if I could find a permanent fix that was not ugly i would use it.
