I had a brand new floor tom I wanted to change the color on for home use. It's difficult to use a product like this on a cylinder. This was already exactly the same 15-7/8" wide that I needed. This was easier to keep straight without the damage of severe stretching than previous products I've tried. A second person was "instrumental" to help hold the drum, hold the roll of covering and keep the backing out of the way. A squeegee with a hard plastic blade (not rubber or vinyl) worked very well while installing. Also important to install where there will be no debris getting under the product. Had to stick warm needle holes in a few bubbles and roll them out with a hand-held plastic rolling pin. From a foot away, it looks original. Someone looking for it up close can see some very minor bumps. Overall worth the sale price I gave for the purpose. But it does not look like an expensive, professionally installed product/counter top as some of the reviews indicate.

This is twice the thickness of traditional contract paper so it's more for flat not wrap use. Because of the thickness, the machined stainless steel texture is amazing and when on a flat surface it's impossible to tell it's vinyl. You have to touch it to feel it because it's so pretty. I had planned on wrapping boxes but it's too thick so i used it as shelf paper by our bar and it's gorgeous and looks like the glasses are on a stainless steel shelf. It washed great and it will hold up great because it is so thick.

Itโs pretty and slightly shimmery, and was super easy to work with. Unfortunately itโs pretty sheer, and the pattern of the material under still clearly shows through. I donโt know if I missed that in the description somewhere
