These shoes are a strange fit. The sole is very hard and the cloth gives a lot. So they are not supportive during cardio workouts, as your foot slides around in them which could lead to injury. The firmness of the sole is also difficult to manage because the exterior of the sole does not have a good grip. This leads to sliding of the step during cardio step. They do not have a good arch support either. Good price point if you are looking for a kick around the yard white shoe, but not for cardio or running. ... show more
