Took these to the Dominican Republic for a week between two people and they did great. I was worried because the material of them feels a little bit flimsy but they survived going through 3 different airports and multiple train rides, shuttles, and taxi rides without a single scratch or rip. My wife and I fit all of our clothes and shoes in both bags and I would say that for a beach vacation when were in the middle. My wife packed a little more heavily than I did.

The cases came quickly and intact. Not sure how long they will last. Inside the materials look and feel flimsy. They are light but not sure of longevity. I work overseas for months at a time and travel loads so will see how they hold up over time. Good price so will have to write an update.

TL;DR: Item came damaged and Amazon could not process it to be send back and refused to issue a refund or replacement. Could not contact seller. I received the suitcase set and initially everything looked good. The red color was beautiful in person and the set was light weight. The medium size suitcase was as expected - large but not too large and fit every TV ing you would need for a week vacation. The packing cubes were nice and functional - compressed well. HOWEVER, the carry on came damaged - the stitching on the outside seams was poor quality and was unraveling before it was ever used. You could see the inside lining from the outside of the suitcase from the more than inch wide hole. I reached out to Amazon to return it for a replacement or a refund and they said I had to send it back IN A BOX. Due to the suitcases size, perceived quality at first glance, and the fact most Amazon returns can be processed without a box, I had discarded the original box as soon as it arrived. I told Amazon I didn’t have a box and that size of a box isn’t exactly easy to come by. I asked to send it back without a box like all my previous returns by dropping it off at one of their partners (WholeFoods, UPS, etc). They refused and said it was required I return it in a box for this specific item. When I could not find a box to fit it I was offered a $25 credit to just keep the item. I accepted the $25 credit and thought I’d accept my loss EXCEPT I NEVER GOT THE CREDIT. Moral of the story: This suitcase set isn’t worth it and don’t throw out the box and don’t trust Amazon customer service.

Really solid value here. We got the 4 PC set... I use the 20" carry on and th she uses the 24" and provides her own carry on. it's not luxurious luggage, but you don't need that. You need hard, capacious, and easy to identify at the baggage claim. The red is a darker variety... "wine red" you might say. Attention grabbing enough to help you find your bags, but not so bright it blinds other people at the airport 😁. Good buy.

Bought as a gift for boyfriend. He loved it. The size of the carry on and check bag were perfect. They are not too big but also big enough to hold everything. The quality of the bags and the packing cubes were great. He’s already used them for multiple trips and no damage or issues. Wheels are smooth. Zipper works great. And no scratches. Would buy again!
