I ordered this for my fiance as a xmas gift. He is 6 foot tall and about 220 with wide shoulders and well built chest area/ torso. I was very very pleased when ot arrived; in fact, the shirt actually far exceeded my expectations. It is good quality flannel, not the type that tons of fine lint flies off of it w every move or shaking. Then, inside is lined w a thin, yet super cozy sherpa type material that also does not shed all over the place like many others on the market. Once my man put it on, he said it didnt feel too bulky like other similar type shirt/ jackets. Its like a cross between a regular thin flannel and a lighterweight jacket. The fit is a true XL, which , as many wearers of XL sizes can attest to, can be frustratingly hit and miss in most brands. It does not ride up at waist and the sleeves are not too short. It is perfect fit across chest so it doesnt gape open but instead lays across chest comfortably. Perfect for wearing around the house when its chilly and looks nice over a teeshirt. By the same token, it is perfect to wear as an actual jacket while running errands. Its rugged enough for working in yet nice looking enough to wear to a bbq or casual gathering. Also perfect to wear inside a movie theatre, where it oft times has drafts or AC. I chose the blue plaid color because it flatters his blue eyes and farer complexion. It looks great w blue jeans. Highly recommend!

This is not a shirt. It’s a “shacket”. Part jacket and looks like a heavy flannel shirt. Super soft and comfortable plus washes well too. Looks / fits well. My only complaint is the hand pockets are very small and could be a lot larger to fit a hat or gloves into as well as keep hands warm. But over all, I love this thing. Not bulky or too heavy yet warm and stops wind well.

I bought this as a gift and from the picture it looked really durable which it is. It is a good choice for interim weather like Spring and Fall. The material is mostly polyester but it is good for warmth. To be as a shirt jacket in winter you may need to layer other shirts underneath. It was well received and they liked the color and comfort while wearing it.
