ZERO STARS! When the toolbox arrived, it was already malfunctioning. The drawers wouldn’t lock or unlock properly, which meant they only opened halfway. I contacted customer support and spent four frustrating months following their instructions, only to end up past the return window with a nonfunctional toolbox and a handful of parts to attempt repairs on my own. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. If you’re searching for a reliable, well-built toolbox, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. ... show more

Arrived damaged. It’s too heavy for me to try to rebox and return. Most of the damage won’t show but I hope it still goes together ok. The front door will show the damage and that’s disappointing
