All of our chests are equipped with ball bearing slides,which contributes to smooth and quite action when being pulled out and inside. The central cam lock mechanism system is added to secure the cabinet in place. Besides, two comfortable side handles make it being portable. All ball bearing drawer slides for smooth and efforless open-to-close of the drawers Comfortable grip side handle for being portable Non-slip drawer liners to prevent the tools from rolling when opening the drawer Lid supporting rod helps to lift the lid in place The accessory kits include two handles and eight screws. This handle accessory kits are located inside the top right drawers. Please kindly check after unpacking the parcel. Fix the handles to the cabinet body with drill driver.

First one: they ship these LOCKED; the key is in a plastic bag attached to the unit with a piece of string. The bag was open and the key was stuck INSIDE the unit; could not unlock. Had to return. Second one: 2 of the drawers simply would not open (yes, unit was unlocked). Had to return!

Everything works as it should other than the lid corner being bent and also the lock is a little hard to latch but I believe that’s from the corner being bent.

I ordered this tool chest after looking at the kennedy boxes that cost over $500, and when I found this chest, i was a little concerned about quality. However, when it arrived, it was packaged nicely and came with no damage whatsoever. All the drawers work properly, the lining is in place and for the money, this is a BETTER bargain than the Kennedy box. There is more cubic space in the drawers than the more expensive chests. I would recommend this chest if you need a well constructed box but don't want to pay for just a name. ... show more

I really wanted bigger but that not the fault of the company. It's exactly what I wanted. My 3 star review is the quality. The lock is COMPLETELY useless. Not even sure why you added it of it doesn't work. Do you realize that every time I try to lock it I struggle to get it to lock. You have to push down the cover a good amount for the latch to catch that useless other latch. I can just push the top to the side a bit and it pops right back out. This is the problem buying Chinese junk. I'm not saying all Chinese products are bad but this one it's a good quality. I'd look elsewhere unless you don't plan to use the lock, then it's suitable for the price. ... show more
