I will start off by saying that I don't wear a lot of dresses. The idea makes me nervous because you have to accessorize and I have always struggled with that. Also- heels are not comfortable and always a must when wearing a nice gown. That being said, this dress was beyond my expectations! I had a formal event that I didn't want to break the bank shopping for, and this dress was beautiful and reasonably priced. It did have a lot of wrinkles when I got it, but I used an iron and got them out easily enough. I got a lot of compliments on this dress and didn't feel at all awkward wearing it. For reference I am 5'2" and about 120lbs. I wore 3inch heels and had to lift the dress to walk up stairs because it was still too long for me. It would be worth it for me to have this dress taken up an inch or two to wear it again in the future. The dress paired well with a pair of nude heels and some silver jewelry. I am 5 foot 6 and this dress was definitely way too short for an average high heel. I had to wear a low chunky heel and it still showed my feet. Not enough hem line to let it out. Otherwise, I am pleased with the fit and got lots of compliments on the dress at my daughter's wedding.

I am 5’3” and weigh 115lbs. bust size is 34D. I ordered a small and it fit perfectly everywhere but the length. By the time I added heels though it was a great length. Would need to be altered in length if planning to wear flats or a short heel if on the shorter height like me. I wore this to a ballet and got several compliments. I washed it on cold and gentle cycle and dried on low heat prior to wearing and it came out great. Definitely worth the purchase. ... show more

I purchased this dress, albeit skeptical given price. I don’t dress up a lot but needed a go to dress for work activities etc. LOVE this dress. Very flattering. It is not fabulous material but does not look cheap. Just know you are not getting silk etc. But, worth every penny!

I got soooo many compliments! I didn’t expect the quality it has for such a low price but it’s really a well constructed dress. The little flare on one shoulder, the cloth that “belts” visually on your waist slimming it, the pulling together of the cloth over the stomach hides any poochiness and then the sexy wavy slit! I attended a beautiful black tie wedding and this dress was perfect. I’m 5’7’’ and didn’t need anything to be hemmed, but also wasn’t horribly tripping over the dress if I took my shoes off. SO EASY TO DANCE IN because the stretch was perfect. Also the placement of the ruffle really hid my belly so I was very comfortable.
