The lights are bright and colorful. The design on the skates are fun and bright making for a wonderful gift for our birthday girl! The only thing is that the skates and manual were for Inline skates not for the 4-wheeled that we ordered.

These are super cute and my 7 year old is excited to wear them. I love that they expand as time goes on since she has already out grown the ones I bought this past December. Only down fall is they did not come with laces! How dumb? I will now have to find laces to match and the right length.

Great little beginner skates. Comes with tools as you definitely need to adjust like all skates. The wheels come on factory tight so you will need to adjust. But my 8 year old was zipping around the park. Great initial investment as I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something he would just grow out of or forget about. The adjustment is easy. Reminds me of rollerblade boots on a skate frame. I was a bit worried they would be junk, they aren't. I mean if you are expecting high quality skates, these aren't them. These are great learning skates before you go crazy and invest in something that is super expensive for your kid. I mean, bearings, wheels, cushions, stops, plates and trucks, and the boots all add up, then trifold when kids are just growing through everything, so I much prefer this at home and just skate rentals at the rink.
