I purchased the product thinking this would be an easy installation. The description is not conducive to what an installation entails. You WILL NEED two persons, a very good heck saw, electric if possible and a lot of patience. This is not something you take out of the box and screw in place. It takes measurements, fittings (we did four install and removal and reinstall) before we had the fit just right. Excellent product heavy duty but I will say it took my husband 2 days to install bc he was getting frustrated he did half of the door one day and the second half the following day and he also had to watch on you tube the installation Instructions to get it perfect but ultimately he looks amazing and it’s solid and looks very expensive just pack your patience ... show more

My wife and I installed this together. Plan it out- watched videos on YouTube of how others installed it, which was my wife’s idea (thankfully she’s a smart cookie!). We were a bit worried since we’ve never installed glass doors before. Remember, it’s super heavy! It came perfectly packaged in a wooden crate- packed to perfection. We also installed Woodbridges toilet, which is in this picture. All of it came together nicely for this remodeled bath. BTW, we needed glass doors that sat on top of the tub, not a full shower unit. It was tricky to find, grateful we found what we needed. (So affordable too!) ... show more

I am a plumbing contractor with over 30 years experience, The door looks, feels very expensive. BUT.... if you are installing on a cast iron tub, be aware that you need to drill 3 holes in the tub apron top. (All previous doors I've installed utilize a adhered down track method) It doesn't mention that on the listing details. Not a deal breaker for me as i will ALWAYS utilize a door on this tub. But for someone who may go back to a curtain ,would prove to be troublesome. Tub repair needed. It is a two person job on a cast iron tub, as if the glass touches the iron ,it could shatter. For an acrylic tub, one person could install with suction cups only. This glass is HEAVY! I deducted one star for the screw holes detail absent. ... show more

Installed these shower doors myself in about 4 hours. You will need glass suction lift devices. Be sure to view the online videos (several) as this will make understanding the instructions easier - they are somewhat complicated. Nice modern look and they operate smooth.

I like that it's truly frameless so that the tile behind can be clearly seen. I hesitated to buy a shower door because I didn't want my small bathroom to look smaller. This door is not at all obtrusive and gives a very classy look. Just a personal preference - I'd prefer the handle to be smaller, but overall beautiful! ... show more
