This product is GREAT! This is the first time I thought a product should cost more! For the price (and honestly 4 times the price) this product is DEFINITELY worth it. I rarely leave reviews, but this product has enhanced the look of my entire bathroom so much I had to share. I highly recommend! 1. It looks great! 2. It's easy to apply 3. It's very easy to adjust, if you don't get it perfectly right the first time 4. It looks of good quality (not cheap or "cheesy" at all!), and appears to be very durable. I'm not worried about it pealing at all. 5. The price is amazing, which I didn't realize until I used it and got the great results I did. Look at my pictures! Tips and a few things I learned: 1. Clean your mirror very good with rubbing alcohol and wipe dry. 2. Have a NEW razor blade ready, a hard and absolutely straight edge, like a metal or hard plastic ruler, scissors, measuring tape. You won't need a pencil or marker. 3. Measure your tape accurately, but I found it's actually better to cut it at least ¼ longer for each strip, as I will explain. 4. When you apply it go all the way to the edge of the mirror, and if you can, maybe very slightly over the edge of the mirror. I mean super slightly if any. The edges will trim super easy with your razor blade if you go over just a bit. In fact, trimming the edge of the mirror will give you the best line, which is why I recommend going over absolutely slightly. 5. I found that after cutting a strip with scissors the ends are not going to be perfectly straight, so I zipped accross the ends with the straight edge after taking it back to the mirror to find the perfect length. This is why you want to measure it a little longer, so you have room to cut that perfect straight edge later with your razor. 6. I'll try to explain this last part the best I can. I wish I knew this part starting out. At your corners, where your edges of your strips meet, overlap them! After you have smoved down your overlapping strips, position your straight edge super accurately and EXACTLY where you want your line to be where your strips will meet. Hold your straight edge firm and zip your razor accross it. After pealing the access away you will have two strips with an absolutely perfectly straight line between them. Make sure to think this part out and apply some common sense. I highly recommend this product! I hope this helps!

Easy to apply. Just be careful on cutting your angles for the corners. This roll was enough for two 3 ft by 4 ft bathroom mirrors with some left over. Really brightens the place up - you might know how blah those big apartment mirrors are. I had to pull the tape back a few times and restick it when I started deviating from the edge a little bit. No residue was left on the mirror and the tape kept all of its sticky. The wood grain on it looks good enough from a distance that the apartment maintenance man had to take a closer look when he came in to take care of some plumbing issues.
