We've got several sets of these in the house already, and they work pretty well. You're not going to get pitch black conditions, especially since light can escape from the top/sides/bottom (depending on what curtain rod you use), but it's more than enough for our needs. Even better, the pack comes with two panels! It's always so frustrating that most curtains seem to come one in a pack, when most people use two. The only real complaint I'd have is that there's no panel on the back side of them. I used to have a set of curtains that had almost a plastic sort of liner on one side, which not only blocked more light, but also helped regulate temperature from the window. That's the only improvement I can think of for these curtains, but otherwise they're really nice!

The drapes were not protected by an outside package or box. They were wrapped in clear plastic and taped and a delivery label was affixed to the plastic addressed to me. The right corner of the package was ripped open and the drapes were exposed. Fortunately, they didn't get dirty and it wasn't raining but I'm really disappointed in the how they were delivered to my home. I didn't take a photo. The drapes are nice though. The fabric is nice and they are truly room darkening. Hopefully, they'll keep the cold out from my drafty windows. They're also not wrinkle-free. I hung them without ironing and the creases are definitely there. Maybe they'll fall out tomorrow. If not I may take them down and iron them.

The color is rich and smooth - no pattern of any kind (which was important to me). Needed to be ironed out of the package, but most curtains do. The room-darkening is 100%! I tried to take a picture with the curtains & door closed but it was too dark for a picture, so the light in the darker picture is coming from the hallway. I did close the blinds for the photo, and the window itself is shaded by a tree, but still, the darkening was impressive. Wish they had more colors!

I have officially this month had these for a year. We live in an apartment in Mississippi with an open field behind our second floor bedroom, no trees, and with almost completely South facing windows (hence why I have all my plants in there, haha!). Also have 5 animals and there are some pulls from cats in the fabric and some fading of color from the intense sunlight (picture 3). Regardless-from the front- these curtains still look great! They do seem to help with temperature which thank God in the summer months 🙏 I am very happy with the purchase and ready to send these to the guest room and replace ours with a black set! Can’t wait for them to get here!

These are lovely and soft, and great darkening curtains! I wouldn’t call them totally blackout, but really, what can be without totally sealing up the window? I bought mine in Taupe, and they do a fantastic job.
