They fit perfect around the waist with the draw string to adjust if necessary, multiple pockets for storage for iPhone, etc. I wear a medium but it runs a little big so I ordered small. The length is great because I like my pants to fall over my sneakers. The picture shows me with tights on under due to the cold weather. I purchased 6 total when I was done. Washed already 3 times and no shrinking, love these!

O absolutely love these pants. I originally got them for a job, but it was a crappy job and I left quickly. Luckily, I discovered them scrub pants in the process and I ordered a second pair as well, all for lounging around the house. I also love that you can wear them out and about, since it is socially acceptable to go out in scrubs. Best pants ever. Has elastic waist band perfect for Thanksgiving.

I am 5'2" 190 lbs. with curvy hourglass, these are NOT my favorite scrub pants. I bought the XL Petite. The fit is that funky dip in butt I hate, the back of the waistband is lower than the front so it constantly gives the feeling that your pants are sliding down. If you have a flat bottom, this may not bother you. The length though is perfect wish they sat at the waist more equally, the pull string at waist is not needed as they have elastic. The legs are very narrow, which would be great if you are shaped that way, I am not and the seam around the leg just accentuates the awkward tightness. These have nice fabric and color, the pockets are nice, I may look at other cuts by this company. The 2 stars is only for the length and fabric.

I ordered an XL because I ordered the top and bottom as a set. The top fit perfectly. The bottoms were a bit too large in the waist, but, with the drawstring that was fine. However, I am 5’5” with long legs and the pants were still about 1-2” too long. Nice material, great color and awesome pockets that are deep.

I have both the Wonderflex Faith Cargo and the Grace flare pants. I like the Faith cargo scrubs more because the fit is looser, so that the sizing feels more as expected. In general, as you'll see from various WonderWink reviews, the scrub pants tend to fight tight in the seat and rear so it's recommended to order a size up if you have a curvy lower half. The Wonderflex material is lightweight and flexible, but I don't think it's "stretchy" in the way that other pants with lycra feel. I like that the elastic and drawstring go all the way around, so it helps the pants stay up. I tend to have a problems with scrubs in general in that they feel like they slide down when you bend down, as those in healthcare often have to do. Or if you carry too much in your pockets, the pants tend to slide around also. These pants have numerous front and 1 back pocket so it's super practical. The fit is a wider straight leg. If you like a more clean and streamlined, fitted look, the Grace flare may be more to your liking. I have usually ordered Wonderwink scrubs, and I am now a big fan of their Wonderflex line.

In the past I have ordered these scrubs and absolutely loved them. I am supremely disappointed with my most recent order. Since I have several pairs of these scrubs, I am familiar with how size runs and fit of this product. The Pewter scrubs I ordered this time are sized as large, but fit more like a medium. They are way too snug compared to other orders. I also ordered an electric purple pair that also fit a little differently. I am unhappy with the pewter scrub pants, due to complete change in fit. It;s almost when they were sewing in tags,they were mistagged. I will hesitate to order these scrub pants in the future.

Petite fits true to size. I'm short with short legs so buying scrubs is always a challenge. I also have trust issues when it comes to the sizing of brands when ordering online. They fit extemely well. I never have to worry about tripping over these scrub pants. They also stretch a little bit of you're worried about being able to bend or run or squat. Black is true to color and unable to see through the material. The only improvement would be to have a better quality fabric. I make sure to use fabric softener with these, but even so, the material is lower on the skin appeal scale. This was not a deal breaker for me, but inknow everyone is different. I have paid anywhere from $10-$50 per scrub pants. So I have been in the cheap and the expensive brands before, and I will say that these scrub pants are decent for the price. I have also purchased a different line of scrub pants from this company and the quality of the material was very polyester-y. These pants were much higher quality, but they still have room to improve. Overall, good for price and would definitely buy again.
