I like the shoes until I wash them and the grey pair, both shoes, literally shrunk one shoe size. I have white and gray pair side by side because I thought I had to be imagining it but they shrank!! I can no longer wear the gray ones.

These shoes would be perfect if you have a high arch or fat feet. If you're feet are long, narrow and skinny they will be way too wide for you. I have flat feet also and couldn't lace them up tight enough to fit. I was sad because they were so comfortable and lightweight.

If you work retail this shoe is a must. After 26 years in the classroom I was shocked at how hard it was working a retail job on concrete floors. I saw these shoes a on "podiatrist" list of shoes for cashiers and decided to give them a go. I ended up ordering a few sizes until I found the one that was most comfortable for me, which was 9W. The footbed did a great job helping to alleviate my hip and foot pain from standing on concrete. My PT said they are actually really good shoes. She's not a fan of hokas, and said she would totally recommend this shoe to others with a job on their feet. I've since gotten them in 3 other colors.

I tried a 9 and a 9.5--and the 9 was a little small, but the 9.5 a little big. They have a very large white outer sole which sticks out too far in my opinion in the back and sides. The shoes have no arch support, but even when I slipped in my own inserts in place of theirs, the shoes made me supinate a bit. Otherwise they were comfortable, but they did not suit my feet. I liked the color, but was expecting something a little more bluer--this was on more on the purple side, like a periwinkle. The shoes are incredibly light. That being said, they don't look like the soles are very durable, but I returned them due to fit issues so don't know how well they will hold up.

Purchased wide width 10.5 because I have swollen feet..I usually wear 9.5-10 but went up half size...they are supposed to be slip on but because of the swelling I actually need a shoe horn for these shoes...they are lightweight and look nice...I do like these shoes...great shoe for the cost

bought these for my Mom ( 89 years old ) who has foot issues Gout,(healed) broken toes that are no longer straight and infused bones in her foot ( polio as a kid) she says the shoe is comfortable enough but her toes are right at the end. if we go up a size they will be too big
