Ladies, I use been looking for a swimsuit for years that I didn’t put on and hate. I,ve probably bought 15 suits in the last month from SHEIN and absolutely hated them all. Plus I was having to size up like two sizes from my normal size which made me feel even worse. I finally gave up and came to Amazon. I bought this bathing suit and felt SO GOOD in it! I quit smoking about 4 years ago and have gained quite a bit of weight so I haven’t had a swimsuit I actually liked in years. This one is the perfect mix of hiding areas you don’t like but still being cute and not frumpy looking. For reference I’m 5’4 and about 175 pound with a small chest. I bought the large and it fits perfectly! The ruching on the bottoms really makes a difference if you’re trying to hide your belly too. The fabric feels good, it’s stretchy and honestly a very comfortable suit. I bought these two colors the came back and bought 5 more colors. Buy it if you want to still be cute but also hide “problem” areas you’re self conscious about! The red white and blue one is my absolute favorite!!! But love the pink too. I have ordered the neon green, black stripe, blue floral, and the black with white trim. After years of not wearing a swimsuit suit, I’m excited I found this one! It’s so perfect for “mom belly’s” but still super cute. Hope this review and pics help. I know other reviewers with pics helped me make my decision!

I was on the fence about which size to get, my butt and hips need an XL while my top can fit a L. I deliberated for about a week and made myself crazy reading reviews and filtering by my approximate measurements, looking at pictures, etc. I finally decided to just order the L and XL and keep which one fit best. My body's measurements are not the norm lol so it was difficult for me to choose. For reference; Bust:44, Waist: 33, Hips: 46. There's fully a 12 inch difference between my waist and hips and it makes it difficult to find things that fit properly. Absolute hourglass, to say I am curvy is an understatement. Also, I'm almost 5'4" on a good day, if I laid on an inversion table haha. I have no idea what I weigh, I avoid the scale at all costs. My best guess would be 175? The L suit came in first. I tried it on, it fit just fine but I felt the leg openings on the bottom needed a little bit more give. The top fit perfectly, no problems. I could have kept it honestly but like I said, my thighs felt like they needed a bit more give. The XL came in 2 days later. There wasn't really a big difference in the top vs. the large. I was worried it would be too big. Anyways, the bottoms of the XL were just a tiny bit more forgiving in the leg openings, I didn't feel quite so constricted. I decided to keep the XL for this reason. There really wasn't a noticeable difference otherwise. The tops were about the same. Regarding the fit, it fits great, covers all my problem areas; tummy pooch. The ruching on the bottoms also sits nicely so there's double the protection against any wild imperfections showing. I'm short so the high waist goes up pretty high on me, exactly what I wanted since there's no way I will ever willingly show my stomach area in public. The top's double layered ruffle does a great service in smoothing out my silhouette. It's very flattering without looking bulky. I was worried it would hang like a potato sack and not do my figure any favors but honestly it still hugs the curves. I adjusted the straps so that the little metal sliders sit at the very top of my shoulders and that's perfect for me. I was worried the boob pads would be weird, I usually take them out of everything but I think I'll leave them. They're just foam circles but they will keep my nips from poking through, something I'm not comfortable with, especially around family. They add a little structure. The top in combination with the high waisted bottoms definitely do the job of covering every inch of my torso in a cute and stylish way, no skin shows but I don't look like a granny lol. Perfect! The material is exactly like every other swimsuit I've ever had or touched in stores. Swimsuity. If you're on the fence, I say just go for it. If you're between sizes and have a booty, size up, your thigh squish will thank you. Now that I have the sizing figured out, I want to order a couple more in different prints. It's nice to have a proper suit again after going like 5 years without one.

I love the colors on the top of this! Its cute and comfortable. It fits well. My only complaints are more of how it fits and falls on me. The top is a little short in terms of my preference for something very modest. I was not a fan of the way the bottoms fit. They are not flattering on me. I am keeping it to wear the cute top with other bottoms! Id say the top gets 5 stars :)

I tried it on and even though it doesn't have any real tummy control for a mom tummy (common with Amazon shopping) it does have ruching to obscure the tummy area which keeps it flattering. The top which I was skeptical about was actually my favorite part. I doubt I would wear it for lap swimming as the boob area is not quite built for that as it would likely collect some water, but for lounging at a hot tub, pool, or beach it works great. My one mega disappointment with it was when I turned it showed 1/2 to 2/3rds of my butt cheeks. Idk if that has to do with my body shape as I have high hips and a small bubble butt, but either way, it was a very unflattering no-go for me especially as the fabric has no lift in the back, instead it flattens what little tushy I have, well the part that it covers anyway. I will keep the top. And while I like the ruching on the momma pouch area, the look was ruined for me by the flattening fabric and slightly high cutt of the butt area. I'm 135-143 lbs fluctuating, 5'6, and a figure-8/spoon shape. Chest is usually a D of some variety, but would probably be a C if my tissue didn't go so far back into my pits. I've worn sports bras for years as it's difficult to find regular bras that fit a small rib cage with tissue that starts so far back without popping out far in front. I ordered and received a medium. I usually wear a size 8 pant, so it fit as expected. I think if I was super proud of my butt, I would like the suit just fine as it is very comfortable otherwise, but I prefer to let my butt touch the toilet seat only, not other seats. Cute swimsuit, but will only be wearing the top ;-)

I’m pear-shaped, and I feel like it helps balance me out. The flounce coverage that I was so worried about falls in a way that covers any exposed belly and back I didn't want showing when matched with the bottoms, but it also shows some skin on the sides and holds everything together securely. The straps are adjustable in the back, and nothing tugs or pulls when in the water.
