They are clunky and hard because of the platform and I had to walk a little more carefully since they’re slippers and sort of feel like they’ll slip off since there’s no backing and heavy. Otherwise so happy with this purchase. I wear them with lounge clothes, like sweats, shorts or jeans. I even throw them in after working out to run errands. So many complaints

I have 2 pairs that I have been trying to return because they are too big for my daughters. The return was approved and they said I would receive a return mailing label within 5 days from the seller. I still have not received a return label. I tried to take the shoes to Kohls, but you cannot return them that way. There is no where to contact customer service. Terrible experience! If I could give zero stars, I would. Definitely would not recommend!

These are the best Ugg dupes! They run big so order at least a size (or two) down. I did a side by side comparison with the Uggs and these are WAY more comfortable. They have a wider/loose fit making them much more cozy. It’s too soon to tell how they compare durability wise but I’m super happy with the purchase.

These arrived damaged and way too big so I processed a return. It said a mailing label would be sent within 5 days. I never received a return label. I tried again and still never received it. Don’t purchase unless you 100% know you won’t be returning it regardless of what you receive.

The platform does not have any give or cushion. The platform is about an inch off the ground. There is not an arch in the shoe. The fur inside is ehh. I’m not sure these are worth 39.99.
