After reading the reviews for this I sized up for the band. I should not have, because this bra seems to fit true to size. 36D would have worked well. BUT... the 38C I ordered fits fine on the tightest notches, and the bra is so beautiful. The lace detailing is very pretty and seems of decent quality for the price. Note that this is not a push up bra like in the description. No push up padding. It is more like a demi/balconette and will fit accordingly. As for the panty, it went in the trash. It's a very pretty set. However, with 5 (I think) hook and eye closures on the bra I had to turn it around backwards to get it fastened. Once fastened I struggled to get it turned around. Once I had it turned around and had the straps on, I couldn't get the lace at the bottom to lay flat. In the front it bunched and on the sides the boning stuck out. The cup size was perfect. I may have needed a larger band size. I didn't try the panties on. I returned the set. ... show more

I'm 5'6, size 10, 36D, 33" waist, 41" hips. I ordered this set in a 38D black and red bc I didn't want it to be too tight. There isn't much of a push-up, though. As you can tell from the photos, it fits like a regular bra, but both pieces of the set fit comfortably and look great.

I figured hey, this is a sexy push up bra so I’ll get a size larger than I would at a department store. Oh my god it is so tight I feel like I’m in the Victorian era. It’s a lovely, nice bra, but buy it 2 sizes larger in the band and one size larger in the cup. *faints*
