I absolutely love the look and feel, but was disappointed by the deceiving size. It's easily a full inch smaller than U.S. sizes (if not more). I typically wear an 8.5, and did notice how close the fit was at the heel when trying on the first time (bumped right up to the edge). The comfort of the shoe didn't seem too small or tight, so I decided to keep them. Unfortunately, when I finally wore them, the discomfort started after 30 mins or so. I was without a backup pair and had to grin and bear it for the next three hours. I will not beat up the ratings because the shoe really is stylish and good quality. I intend to buy again in a larger size, but since I'm not one to return a worn item, I will have to eat the cost of the first pair. I think the product details or size chart should provide guidance for adjusting to the correct size. (Amazon recommended a size 10 based on my previous purchases of 8-8.5, but that's hard to imagine. This shouldn't be a guessing game.)

These are gorgeous, classy me much more comfortable than I expected. The flared heel offers nice stability. The color is versatile. I can tell this will be my go-to work and wedding guest shoe this summer. I’m probably going to nab more colors.

These shoes are perfect in every way. However, I could not keep them because the size was way off. I’m an 8.5M but they were a whole size too small. I will order them again in a 9.5 to see if that fits better. I’ve never worn a 9.5 in any shoe. But these are cute enough to make me want to try. Fingers crossed.

I normally never review items. But I had to go out of my way to review these. If they have been sitting in your cart, BUY THEM! These might be the comfiest heels I’ve ever worn. True to size, the ankle band is comfy and doesn’t chafe, and they’re SO COMFORTABLE! I have already gotten so many compliments on them. The padding on the ball of the foot makes for a great cushion. I haven’t noticed any wearing down on the padding yet. They’re just like the picture, great quality, and I’d give them a 10 out of 5 stars if I could. I’m going to buy them in every color.

First pair was bought over 6 months ago. Today I have all colors except turquoise. Most comfortable heels - I can wear them all day long. It would be nice if they made them in a open toe as well. My size is between 8.5 and 9. I bought size 9 in all of them - fits perfectly. Highly recommend.

The only reason I'm giving it 1 star is because I can't give it 0 stars. This has to be the cheapest material there is to make a shoe. The fake pleather looks so cheap it's shameful. Not only that but the heel on the right shoe that was sent to me was placed on crooked. The toes are very very pointy so if you're not used to wearing that type shoe your feet are going to hurt. Also, I would suggest to size up at least one half size because of how pointed the toe is.
