Just have to say how hard it is to find shoes that are comfy to walk in. I have been wearing old Sketchers so long that they have holes in the sole! I have neuromas on the ball of 1 foot and have wide feet and high arches. I also have back problems, so if the heel of a shoe is higher than the front, my back will instantly begin to ache. I feel like the princess and the pea when it comes to shoes :( HOWEVER, these shoes fit perfectly! As you can see, my feet ARE wide, and these shoes accommodate my wide feet! They are a perfect fit without socks and way comfortable for walking. I will be able to wear a thin pair of socks in other seasons, and it won't affect the fit much. I ordered a 6 1/2 HOPING these would have that kind of fit, and they did. I can wear size 6-7 depending on the seller, and since I didn't know the fit/style for this seller, I made a guess, and it was a good one! The insoles come out, but I didn't like the feel, so I put them back in. I wouldn't want to be walking on concrete without the insoles, that's for sure! My only 'don't like' about these shoes is how high and sort of tight they come up on the top of the foot. They are stretchy in that particular place, and at first, I felt like the top of my feet were being squeezed beyond what I could tolerate. After wearing the shoes for awhile, I didn't really notice that effect as much. For me, it's a trade off. These shoes are great for walking, and they don't hurt my feet like others do, so they get a full 5 stars from me! They seem made to last and are well constructed. The style is a bit awkward what with the shoes being tight enough on top that they don't really need shoelaces. You can remove them, and the shoes fit just a bit more loosely both on top and in the heel and are comfier for me that way, and they look a bit more stylish, IMO. You can always re-lace the shoes if you don't like the fit. An overall great value!

When if first received these shoes, I really liked the way they looked - the white is a crisp, clean white fabric material and I do like the rubber soles on the shoes. They shoes are also very lightweight - which is nice. They do have laces on them, but the laces don’t really affect the opening of the shoes. The shoe tongues are attached to the inside of the shoes and it’s a bit difficult to slip my foot into the shoe because the laces and tongue don’t fully separate allowing more room. I do like the fact that the shoes have a wider front foot bed, so your toes don’t feel crunched up. However, look at the photos to see how “odd” the toe material looks when you move your toes around - it folds up oddly. I wore them all around Key West - walking miles each day - and the are not painful with extended walking. I give them a 3 for an average shoes - not anything I would seek out again.
