Sure this is listed sort of as a bridesmaid's dress and it would work perfectly for that also given that it comes in many colors. But it also happens to work for any other occasion that might be even just semi-formal which is what I wore it for and the fact that I can wear it like 20 plus different ways is awesome. It looks amazing on and I know that it would on anybody. The dress has quite a bit of a elasticity to it. However the fabric itself isn't particularly stretchy which I think is good. Just make sure that you know what size you need prior to ordering. While the fabric itself is quite thin it is not see-through it's really just an incredibly breathable fabric. Upon checking my sizing I got just about the perfect size but I did not account for the fact that I had actually lost a bit of weight so mine was just ever so slightly loose but not enough to make a difference. It did not have any kind of weird scent or smell to it In fact it just smelled brand new. You can wash it on a gentle cycle no bleach! And air dry definitely don't get it dry cleaned. Did I mention how many different ways you can wear those because I haven't even discovered the full gamut of what I could possibly do with it which is exciting because I freaking love this dress! Ever since years and years ago the multi-way to wear dresses came out I've wanted one they just have not been at all affordable until now and the quality of this dress is amazing and I couldn't be happier I highly recommend that everybody gets one and also they have a ton of colors so I mean just go pick a color get the right size you will be super super happy to have it You don't have to wear it all the time or you can, you can just hang it in your closet and anytime you have an occasion to do yourself a solid and wear it because you will get endless compliments. 100/10 easily in fact I would give it infinite stars if I could. ... show more

I was really surprised at how nicely this dress fit and how flattering it was. I am 5'3", 125 lbs, hourglass body type, and I ordered an XS. It fit well but I definitely couldn't have taken it any smaller or it would have been too tight in the waist. At first I was a little overwhelmed and confused with that to do with the top. But after looking at the pictures online and playing around with it, I was able to figure out some good options. I actually ordered this in black for my Maleficent Halloween costume, but I would order this again in another color for a formal event and dress it up with accessories. I think this is a great option for a bridal party as it would complement a number of body types and would allow for completely different looks. It's also very comfortable which is a huge plus! My only recommendation would be for the seller to include a handout with some various dress configurations on it or even a link to a video. ... show more

The first thing I have to say about this item is that the material is thin, but that is what I was hoping for for a summer wedding. Secondly, the dress is red just like described and true to size. Lastly, and most importantly, I would never buy this dress again due to functionality. Yes, you can do this dress so many different ways, which is great for different body shapes and sizes. However, I had to recruit 3 people, YouTube videos, and waste well over an hour just to get a style semi-decent. Since the dress can have so many different styles, they made the "straps," meaning the pieces that come off the v-neck feature, to be so long it's not even funny. They dragged the floor a lot, so when I tried to style the item, most styles made it run down my back way too far, most even on the ground. The item, additionally, did not have any support in the bust area, even with the detachable unpadded bandeau they provide in shipment, which looks trashy when used in my opinion. I still gave this item 4 stars, however, do to the finished product appearance, color and size accuracy, and the functionality with different styles. Please be advised though, especially for my short girlies, that this item takes time and may not look good on everybody. Therefore, there is a 50-50 chance you will like this purchase. ... show more

I never leave reviews but this one is too good to not leave one. It fit perfect on my waist (most time clothes are to big Iโ€™m 000-00 for jeans) delivery was fast, took roughly 23hrs to arrive after I hit order (no I didnโ€™t pay for fast shipping it came 6 days sooner than expected)

The media could not be loaded. LOVED this dress for the occasion I went to. The dress was unique and able to be styled so many different ways! Very comfortable too! I will say, I wish it was a couple inches longer... I'm 5'6" and the dress would be perfect with flats, but it was a little short with heels. Also, I accidentally messed up the bottom of the dress (it got caught in the escalator, terrifying, I know) so I decided to try and hand wash it to get the stain out.... Well. The red fabric BLEEDS!!
