It can definitely be one of those dresses that be worn up or down. Very versatile! I purchased a size small and it fit no problem. The length and perfect too. I’m 5’5” and it fit me perfect. Was a very pretty dress on, but unfortunately the straps weren’t tight enough/too long for my body. The dress is double lined and felt very soft on! I really loved the dress but it just didn’t work with my body and sizing down just wouldn’t have worked. The straps are the only con for me.
