Okay, so you you want to look GLAM as heck and still be as comfortable as if wearing a nightgown? Then this dress is for you the same way it is for me! A WIN! Ordering this velveteen dress in the gorgeous Emerald Green color, I was so excited to get this that I put it on IMMEDIATELY upon arrival--like in the middle of doing chores and everything! LOL. I am in LOOOOOOOVE. I ordered the size Medium for my US 4-6 figure (32E bust, 29" waist, 35" hips) and the fit is fantastic. I'm a petite 5'3", and the length sweeps just above my ankles; there is definitely room for taller people to enjoy this too as a lovely midi dress! The bustline lies nicely, the seam at the waist is flatteringly designed, and the cut is VERY FORGIVING. Since starting perimenopause, my belly bloating is super-unpredictable (and kinda dramatic--ugh!), and it makes me feel like I can't wear the styles I used to love. This dress manages to look sleek and flattering regardless (oh, and the weight of the fabric, and the texture, make for basically no show-through of undergarments or lumps and bumps. Hurrah! I do think I can wear this for formal events, especially styled with elevated jewelry, heels, and perhaps a chiffon wrap; alternately, I can be totally comfortable at home in this even without a bra. I simply and totally love it. ------ An aside: Because I am disabled and have pain conditions, I can't dress the way I used to love to do before I got sick (high femme and gussied up!), but this dress is amazingly comfortable and I can machine wash, so now I have something new to wear around the house that makes me feel better and have pride in my appearance. It can be disheartening to only wear nighties and housecoats most of the time: I feel great in this, and can wear it even when I'm not feeling great. Maybe that will be a nice feature for you, too.

Nice dress, & I LOVE the color, although it's not as 'bright' as they show, & closer to what is shown here! A nice darker teal blue. I went by their chart for size, & I think it may run on the smaller side, so if you're between or have a question, I'd say go up in size. For reference I'm just over 5'7" tall & apx. 135lbs with 34D bra, an apx. 29-30" waist & apx. 40" hips & this is a large. The top is LOW cut but does come with a button, but even then it's a little lower than I care for, so I'll be sewing up the front some. Only wish they would make the material go 'down' when it's velvet! But, it's not a deal breaker, & maybe it just depends on the dress which way the nap runs?! Anyway, I found the dress on the expensive side for the material, but overall I liked it & would recommend. It seems well made & I do love the color & the shimmer it gives off in the light! I ordered the green version and it is so pretty. The material is comfortable and this was easy to put on. I am on the busty side and this covers me well. I also love the little bit of heaviness to this dress and it feels well put together.

Ordered this dress, love crushed velvet. The material is smooth, and the dress fit as expected. Stitching is good and there are no loose threads. The slit is a bit higher than I like but certainly makes it exier.

Im 5’7 about 130 pounds and a small d cup this medium on me fits a bit more like a small so as i said in the title it fits like a glove. Its is absolutely just a show in the picture and very flattering the color isnt what I expected a bit more of dirty penny and less that hint orange the photo shows but Colors never come across when shopping online. Its definitely not a plush soft feel as many of my other crushed velvet, tight dresses are, but it is extremely well-made and heavy enough to get through fall and winter yet light enough to go to any spring event requires address of this type. I am unbelievably impressed

I wear a 10/12 and ordered a L and this fits perfectly. I absolutely love this dress! It has great stretch and is so comfortable on. The V neck is enough to feel sexy but not too much. The slit is fun and comes up mid thigh. It can be dressed up or dressed down easily and the velvet feels great. I personally love the blue as well. I have no complaints overall and can't wait to wear this out!
