Appearance wise this bag is ok. It has a funny smell the hardware is a little stiff. It’s fine you get what you pay for I open my package immediately when it arrived and when I went to open the purse, it was like the bag and the flap had melted together, so when I opened it, it ripped. So now, when you open the bag, you can see where the material is missing on both sides, it’s very stiff. I almost feel like I’m going to break it just trying to open the purse very gently. I’ve also seen a lot of reviews on here about the strap so that doesn’t surprise me i am going to see about getting a refund. I would pass on this bag.

The media could not be loaded. Im so sad because its a beautiful bag, but only got to use it once for a dinner night out and now i cant use it anymore as you can see in video… sad its a one time use product :(

The top strap broke immediately while taking off the plastic. UPDATE : I was able to reach out to the manufacturer and they were able to send me a brand new purse. I was outside my 40 day return window and the manufacturer stepped right in to make it right. The initiated the conversation to fix the item. Great customer service and the new bag is all intact and sturdy.

Update... 6/28/24: After I posted my disappointment some weeks ago, the seller reached out to me to see how it can be rectified. I told him all I want is a replacement purse strap. The seller took care of my concern and sent out a new strap. I'm so happy with how quickly the seller reached out and to take care of my concern. I received the replacement and and I'm very happy. I'm updating my rating to show my appreciation to their timely response for taking care of my issue. I was really happy when I was reviewing the bag, but after inspecting it, I realized it didn't come with the detachable strap as mentioned in the description. I may need to return it as it was not complete as advertised. Very disappointed especially for the price I paid.

Well packaged. My only complaint is that it is really hard to get the 2 side straps to close. I know it's the style to wear it open.

Beautiful look but STINKS of plastic when you get it. It stunk for weeks! That PVC off-gassing is TOXIC. To make things worse, the purse starts falling apart after a few months of regular use. NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!
