I'm 5'4", 155 lbs and I got this in size Large. The fit is okay but too much fabric in the boob area for me, I'm 34B. It does have removable padding though which helps fill it out, I'm just not the biggest fan of wearing them. So I end up tying the neck straps tighter to get the fabric to smooth/tighter. I'm thinking the medium would have worked better. Well in any case, the top is really cute and I do like it a lot. The fabric is polyester with spandex and it's very stretchy. Not itchy nor scratchy. And double lined in the chest. To care for I just toss it in the regular wash. ... show more
