Update: I did receive a pair that was clearly a return. They don’t appear to be in disrepair, but the shoes had loads of cat or dog hair inside. I imagine the prior customer tried them on and returned them. The seller should be inspecting their shoes before reselling. I purchased a pair and they fit true to size although I have wide feet and the elastic at the tongue accommodates it allowing more room for the width. The canvas is nice and I have had several compliments from friends. I ended up buying two more pair for myself and a pair for my mother in-law. I will definitely buy more as the price is fantastic and the quality is excellent. Cons: there is no support of any kind, a day out will require shoe inserts unless you like plantar fasciitis! Not for long walks!

The shoes run big. I like the style, comfort, and value of the shoes but the build quality is cheaply made. Overall they are pretty good for the price but I recommend ordering a half size down.
