The buckle is Velcro and does not hold up when walking. Revision: This company seems to care about the products they sell and when a customer is not satisfied, they do what they can to fix it. The shoes are good, high quality. The heel is comfortable and not too high. But! These shoes run very small. I ordered a size 5.5. My daughter wears a big 3. They fit her perfectly, but they're too small for me.

Bought these to go with my dresses when I was pregnant. I didn’t even notice at the time that the straps were Velcro, but that made it so much easier for me. They were reasonably comfortable. They wore out rather quickly though but tbf I was huge and I wore them to work and campus every day. I got a half size up because so many reviews said they run small. I tried on one and it was way too big, I even tried putting on 2 pairs of thick socks and it still was too loose. I wear a size 9. Kind of glad they don’t fit, they’re super cute but seem really cheap. Also everyone who mentioned the smell is right.
