My wife has a cool, alternative sense of style and had been looking for a good pair of chunky platform Mary Janes for ages. I had these shoes for only a few months and they’ve already broken. The sole is deformed and the strap snapped off so they’re completely unwearable. I’ve barely worn them.

The Velcro strap is great for pregnant ladies!

Bought these to go with my dresses when I was pregnant. I didn’t even notice at the time that the straps were Velcro, but that made it so much easier for me. They were reasonably comfortable. They wore out rather quickly though but tbf I was huge and I wore them to work and campus every day. I am normally a size 5, but I followed the other reviews and sized up to a 6. They fit perfect now. Toe at the end with a little space. Good for wide flat feet like I have. Shoes are light and good value for my money. I bought them to dance in. They are light and have a nice firmness without being too stiff. They do need broken in. Wore them to dance in and the straps and platform held up under stress 1st day. Only negative I had was the toes were not stuffed and they came in dented because they are in soft bags, not a box. This was pretty simple to fix with some paper and fabric stuffing of my own for a few hours in the earlier part of the day. The dented area remains visible for now but the structure has been pushed back out and no longer rubs on my big toes. ... show more
