Okay, so they aren’t really jean-jeans but more stretchy, less stiff, almost-denim-like material with a great denim look. Good enough for me! Because at 6’1” and 210, most of my height in the inseam and no feminine curves to speak of, finding jeans is hard. Or impossible. You pick. I bought a 16 first because that’s what I typically wear. They were so tight you could almost read the printed tag washing instruction BY TOUCH once they were buttoned. Okay, again not really, but it could’ve happened. I was skeptical the 18’s would fit because the 16’s were so (way too) small, but the jeans looked good so I thought I’d try. So glad I did! These jeans are AMAZEBALLS. I loved them so much I immediately ordered every color they had in stock in my size. Sadly, sizing isn’t consistent, but odd deal. To have these jeans that are stretchy enough to forgive me if (when) I eat the extra taco is worth the frustration. I’ve tossed all my other jeans and I’m only wearing these going forward. The length and butt-boosting super powers, when combined with the aforementioned taco forgiveness, make these the best tall jeans out there. BRAVO, Strauss! BRAVO I SAY!

An updated review on size 6S Noir Gold (previous on 8S Noir Gold). 8S was roomy enough they would just b for hanging out at home so ordered and received the 6S which fit very nicely. In fact if they shrink in the waist or butt they'd feel tighter than I like however as they are now they are perfect with exception of about an inch too much on length at my 5'2" height. I am 28-29 in waist, 39 inch hip and weigh 116 lbs and do not like skin tight clothing or any muffin top stuff etc so if I say the jeans fit well that means they fit my bod and are flattering at age 68 y.o. and I can breathe and move easily in them!

These feel and fit great but just a little bigger. Could have sized down due to the stretch. The material is very thin and being blessed with thick thighs means they will wear out quickly.

These were very comfortable from the get-go, a little stretchy, and the straight leg is very flattering to my chunky figure (I am heavy thru the hips and thighs). My single issue is that it doesn't come in a low rise; the mid-rise hits right above my bellybutton and either causes the waistband to roll as the day progresses - NOT flattering - or the crotch starts to creep down, necessitating some undignified yanking on belt loops every so often. BUT these are so darn comfy I'm ordering another pair anyway! 😛

I ordered these after having an emergency c-section with my son. I'm preparing to go back to work soon and don't quite fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes just yet. These fit perfect. Stretchy enough where it doesn't hurt my scar and I feel great wearing jeans again. Also, doesn't have that chemical smell many new clothes have.

These are not my old 501’s but Levi has not let me down. These are comfy but look nice they are not to tight and not to baggy. They are just loose enough to wear comfortably all day but don’t look dumpy.
